Reading on the Internet about top 10 best workouts, Monica stumbled over a new technique that was ravaging the fat on her body.

Doing morning stretching with a full bladder. She tried that alright, but quickly found out that if you do something like this you simply piss yourself after a couple of moves.

She drenched her tights and running shoes in piss and then retired quietly to her house. This way she learned not to tryst everything she read on the Internet.
